I'm an experienced Tanzanian film fixer, production coordinator, and logistics specialist with a strong background supporting international documentary, travel, adventure, wildlife, and cultural productions across Tanzania.

In 2022, I founded Notice Kilimanjaro, a Tanzania-based film fixing company that supports international film crews, documentary productions, and media teams filming in Tanzania. We specialize in production logistics, permit facilitation, customs clearance, and connecting international productions with skilled local crews and creative talent.

Known within the industry as the go-to fixer for productions requiring urgent permits, rapid logistical coordination, and last-minute problem solving. More than 70% of our clients approach us under tight timelines when productions need immediate solutions and reliable execution. This has built a strong reputation for working effectively under pressure, managing high-stakes productions, and delivering results in demanding environments where timing and precision are critical.

Facilitating film permits, drone permits, visas, customs clearance, and regulatory approvals for foreign productions filming in Tanzania.
Coordinating complex production logistics including transportation, accommodation, domestic flights, communications, internet solutions, and power supply in remote environments.
Specializing in production support within high-altitude and physically demanding environments, particularly on Mount Kilimanjaro, including expedition logistics, crew coordination, altitude-related operational planning, and remote mountain filming support.
Organizing location scouting and local production support across Tanzania.
Managing relationships with government institutions, national parks, conservation authorities, and local communities.
Sourcing and coordinating local crew including filmmakers, drone operators, translators, photographers, sound recordists, and production coordinators.
